Job Outlook for Graduates
Approximately 800 students will graduate from the University of Northern Iowa this Saturday and according to Matt Nuese, associate director of Career Services at UNI, the job outlook for December graduates is positive.
Consider these stats:
- 85 percent of UNI graduates are employed or attending graduate school within six months of graduation
- 75 percent of those jobs are in Iowa (the last three years)
According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers Job Outlook 2012 survey, the top three B.A. degrees in demand by employers were finance, accounting, and computer and information sciences, all of which are offered at UNI.

- Cedar Falls Community Schools
- Area Education Agencies
