• 1,000+ unique employers hire UNI students annually.
• $54,816 is the average starting salary for a UNI graduate.
• Nearly 80% of UNI graduates stay in the state of Iowa.
• 1 in 9 UNI students graduates in three years - that’s the highest percentage in school history.

UNI boasts its two highest four-year graduation rates in each of the past two years, a mark that stands nearly 20 percentage points above similar universities.
