UNI named as one of the 'Best Business Schools' eight years in a row
The Princeton Review has just published the 2014 edition of "The Best 295 Business Schools" and for the eighth consecutive year named the University of Northern Iowa.
"It is gratifying to receive continued recognition from The Princeton Review, which is internationally respected for its independence and relies heavily on current students' opinions," said Farzad Mousavi, dean of UNI's College of Business Administration.
It's no wonder students brag about the program when you consider:
- Our CPA first-time pass rate is consistently among the highest in the nation.
- Students who take UNI's Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) review program pass the CFA Level I exam at a rate double the international average.
- UNIBusiness students are more likely to pass the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professionals exam than students from any other university in the world.
One student told The Princeton Review that the University of Northern Iowa offers a "practical business curriculum than can be directly applied to the business world." Job placement numbers in UNI's 2012 graduate report bear that out.
- 94 percent of UNIBusiness graduates reported securing employment or acceptance to graduate school
- 86 percent of internships are paid
